Regina Ames, LPCMH

Regina Ames is a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health (LPCMH), and founder of Ames Counseling Services based in Delaware. She thrives on dedicating her mental health training to empowering people to make positive changes in their lives. Though life can be challenging and overwhelming at times, she has faith that change, healing, and growth is possible for anyone who is open to exploring their capacity to change from within.

Andres Waters, LCSW

Andres's Undergraduate and Master's level experience at Delaware State University has allowed him to work in various clinical and mental health settings as a School Social Worker, Outpatient Therapist, Admissions Counselor in a psychiatric facility, and Mobile Crisis Therapist for ten years. His roles as a social worker, therapist, advocate, and mentor align with his passionate perspective about working with children, teens, and families.

Amongst all his professional working experiences, he thoroughly understands the importance and sensitivity when creating a safe place for diverse individuals and families, which is a prominent part of his work. His passion for social justice promotes his commitment to working with families in underserved populations and families in need of support. He believes every individual has a purpose; therefore, he is dedicated to supporting them as they reach their goals through various modalities.

Te’ Naja is a professional, pre-licensed counselor committed to helping people reach their health and healing goals through self-discovery. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wesley College and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Neumann University. Her professional experiences include working with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds.

Te' Naja's goals focus on each client overcoming the barriers that keep them from acknowledging the root cause of their challenges to heal fully. Her role is to assist clients in aligning their life goals with their behaviors to live their fullest, most authentic life. Each approach applied in a session is designed to provide a client's individual needs with a combination of open-heartedness, pragmatism, and sensitivity. Te' Naja's therapeutic style allows clients to "unpack" their self-discoveries in a supportive, results-based environment.
